3. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are subject to our confirmation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 08 8246 5454 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee of 40% of the quote/contract.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Our pricing is based on hourly rates for smaller jobs and fixed quotes for larger jobs. A job maybe considered small if can be completed in 1 day or less.
• We will provide you with a quote or estimate before commencing work. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer.
• Overdue payments may incur interest at a rate of 5%.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your plumbing needs.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible for our plumbers.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the plumbing work.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• We provide no express warranties or guarantees unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Our liability for defective workmanship is limited to rectification of the defect or partial refund.

7. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude our liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
• Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service.
